A police action ordered by SPAK, to check all the buildings of the Ashraf 3 camp in Manzë, has brought strong clashes between the members of the camp and the officers. International relations expert Ledion Krisafi shared new details from their lives inside Camp Ashraf 3.
Krisafi said that the mujahedin have broken the agreement by undermining Albania's national security, through the actions they have taken. According to him, our country has the right to expel them.
" There are two things that should be noted... the activity they carried out against Iran, which is known by our country, and the second is the fact that the main reason why the police intervened is because the US has started to change its attitude towards the MEK. In recent months, the US has had several agreements, and there is a possibility that one of the things that may have been discussed is that they were asked to reduce their support to the MEK camp. The reason why today Albania has no relations with Iran is precisely the MEK organization. Even the cyber attack that came from Iran was precisely because of the MEK. The moment we accepted the Mujahideen, we became enemies with Iran. This is the moment to return to normal relations with Iran. They have broken the agreement by harming the national security of Albania, through the actions they have taken, and our country has the right to expel them", said Krisafi.
