Daniel Serwer, an expert on relations with the USA, has spoken about the draft status proposed by Prime Minister Rama for the Association of Serbian Municipalities and how it has influenced.
In a direct link to the "Review" show, Professor Serwer said that the proposal of this draft status by the Albanian Prime Minister was not fair. He added that now is the time for Kurti to come up with a proposal which must be in accordance with the constitution of Kosovo
" This is a complication that was not necessary, it makes things even more difficult for Albin Kurti. I think that former president Berisha is right. This is an unnecessary intervention, which damages Kurt's prestige and does not solve the problem. It is now necessary for Kosovo to come up with a proposal, as far as I understand, Prime Minister Kurti has described the model proposed in Croatia as impossible. He should come and come up with a proposal which should be in accordance with the constitution of Kosovo, however I think it is necessary that something comes from Pristina, not from Belgrade or Edi Rama", said Daniel Serwer .
