Today, it has started snowing throughout the Dibra region.
It is learned that in deep mountainous areas, such as the Administrative Unit of Lura, Kala e Dodës, Muhurr, Selishtë, Zall-Dardhe, Reç, Trebisht, Ostren, as well as in the Martanesh area, the thickness of the snow has exceeded 10 centimeters.
As a result, difficulties in the movement of vehicles have continued, especially on roads connecting remote villages. The situation has been aggravated by landslides and partial collapses of roads in several administrative units of the region.
According to information received from the municipalities, local structures are on the ground and are working to open roads and normalize the situation, with the aim of guaranteeing the movement and safety of residents.
