Other national road segments are passable, but there is the presence of inert materials and water on the road segments Gjirokastër-Kakavijë, Ura e Kardhiqit-Skërficë, Ura e Leklit-Këlcyrë.
In the Municipality of Gjirokastra , the city's internal roads are still covered in debris and in some places near homes and walkways in the Cfakë, Manalat, Dunavat and Granicë neighborhoods there are landslides.

Problems continue to exist in the Administrative Units of the District in the supply of electricity.
