Several archival documents extracted from the institution of the Authority for Information on Files of the former State Security are published, which includes a voluminous file belonging to Tuk Jakova.
Jakova, since the period of the Zog Monarchy, was one of the main leaders of the Shkodra Communist Group, sentenced to political imprisonment in the famous trial of 1938, together with Qemal Stafa and Vasil Shanto, participant in the founding meeting of the Albanian Communist Party and member of its Provisional Central Committee, since the founding meeting of November 8, 1941, political commissar of the First Assault Brigade and the First Corps of the National Liberation Army, where from the end of the War, in November 1944 until 1955, he held several high party and state functions and duties, such as: member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Albanian Communist Party, plenipotentiary ambassador of the People's Republic of Albania in Belgrade, President of the Trade Unions of Albania, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of the Albanian government, headed by Enver Hoxha etc.
The entire voluminous file (forms and investigations) published for the first time by Memorie.al., which contains hundreds of unknown documents, in charge of former Lieutenant General Tuk Jakova, ("People's Hero"), which belong to the period 1951-1959, when after the numerous contradictions he had with Enver Hoxha since the end of the War, in 1951 he was expelled as a member of the Politburo and in 1955, he was also expelled from the Central Committee of the Albanian People's Party, being dismissed from all party and state functions that he had held until that time, he was exiled with his family to the district of Berat, where after working for some time as head of the Carpentry Department in that city, in 1957, he was sentenced to solitary confinement in the Kanina Castle in the Vlora district, where he was arrested in 1958, being sentenced to 20 years in prison, accused of being a "traitor and enemy of the people", until he died in the Tirana Prison hospital in 1959, under mysterious circumstances! What is said in the secret documents (reports, photographs, files, forms, information reports, notes, minutes, surveillance reports, action plans, statements, denunciation letters, etc.) belonging to the period 1955-1959, when he was under constant pursuit and surveillance by the State Security organs, who were the officers of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who were in charge of observing him and the names and pseudonyms of the Security collaborators, who kept him under strict control?!

Tirana, on 31.12.1957, I, the investigator of the State Security Directorate, Lieutenant Colonel Raqi Zavalani, after studying the material regarding Tuk Jakovë, dt. 1914. born in Shkodër and resident in Vlora, of Albanian nationality and citizenship, expelled from the Party:
I found:
Se Tuk Jakova, starting in 1955, and especially during 1956 and 1957, has agitated and propagated against the line of the Party and the People's Government, constantly aiming to weaken and overthrow this government.
He developed such hostile activity with various enemy elements, including Dhora Leka, Bedri Spahiu, etc.
Based on the above, pursuant to Article 155 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the People's Republic of Albania.
I decided:
Tuk Jakova, a resident of Vlora, should be arrested and his apartment searched.

Gjeta:
Se Tuk Jakova ka kryer krimin e parashikuar nga neni 72 i Kodit Penal që njëkohësisht ky lloj krimi parashikon dhe konfiskimin e pasurisë për pjesën e tij.
Prandaj, i udhëhequr nga neni 125 i Kodit Penal.
Vendosa:
Të kryej sekuestron konservative për deri në përfundim të këtij gjyqi.
Për kryerjen e këtij veprimi autorizohet, major Kristo Voko.

I dënuar me katër vjet në kohën e Zogut, i përjashtuar nga Partia.

Shpjegimet e të arrestuarit:
Pyetja: Jeni arrestuar për veprimtari armiqësore që keni zhvilluar kundër Republikës Popullore të Shqipërisë, në bazë të nenit 72 të Kodit Penal. Flisni për këtë.
Përgjigje: Motivi i arrestimit tim i mbështetur tek neni 72 është i drejtë, sepse veprimtaria ime për të cilën unë do të jap sqarime, është e ndëshkueshme.
Unë mbaj përgjegjësi për diskutimin që kam bërë në Plenumin e prillit 1955, pavarësisht nga qëllimi, ai ka dëmtuar Partinë.
Unë do të jap sqarime rreth çështjeve që diskutova në Plenum, të cilat janë:
