Journalist Enton Abilekaj, commenting on the agreement signed between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloini for immigrants, declared that Albania will not benefit anything.
In an interview for the show "Euronews Albanai", he added that Rama made a bargain for his personal interests, since the only thing Albania will gain, according to him, is to be filled with African immigrants.
" We found out only when Rama was signing the agreement, while we had heard from the English and Italian foreign media that Albania would become part of the solution to the migrant crisis. The problem is that he wanted to do the shopping himself and bring it ready. He made a bargain on his personal interests, the Italian media write that Albania will not receive a single lek, Albania's benefit is zero. Rama fills Albania with immigrants from Africa and gets personal power, Albania gets zero lek ", said Abilekaj.
