Murder is called murder, and it makes no difference if you hit him with a gun, crowbar, stone or punch to the head, and it cannot be called manslaughter, but deliberate murder during a physical conflict, cases that have been punished by 15-20 years.
Because according to the logic of the prosecutor of the case, Arjan Xhaferi, this case is called "Murder by negligence", because the son of the Member of the High Council of Prosecution, Nurihan Meta, did not show caution during the barbaric blows with fists on the head of the construction engineer, whom, instead of injuring him, he killed because of this carelessness during the commission of the crime.
