New details have been revealed in the case of the IT director of the State Police, Ervin Muça, who was arrested a day ago after exporting and copying data from the TIMS system.
It is learned that the report of the Police Surveillance Agency last year was made to the justice bodies after the insistence of the American representation in Albania, who also discovered the intervention in the TIMS data system.
It is learned that after downloading the unauthorized data and using the PIN of one of the employees, Ervin Muça transferred them to his computer. Before the investigators in the preliminary statements, Muca denied committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized access to computer data".
Evidence of his involvement was reinforced after the discovery of film footage in the premises where TIMS data is stored. Muça was recruited into the police when the interior ministry was headed by Bledi Çuçi.
