A notary in Fier has been suspended from her duties following the request of the Prosecutor's Office, which has also imposed the security measure "Ban on leaving the country".
This concerns notary AH, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents", provided for by Article 186/3 of the Criminal Code.
The decision to suspend the exercise of public functions, which includes "notary", was taken by the Fier Judicial District Court.
From the investigations so far within the framework of this criminal proceeding, several cases were documented where the person under investigation AH, who practices the profession of notary in the city of Fier, has committed active actions, intentionally and repeatedly, towards falsifying notarial documents, presenting false circumstances in them, drafting notarial acts on behalf of other notaries MP, DL and EC, whose signatures and seals she has forged, as well as performing notarial acts in the absence of the parties.
Upon the request of the Prosecutor's Office, the personal security measure "Prohibition of leaving the country" and the prohibitive measure "Suspension of exercising a public duty or service" were imposed on the person under investigation AH, as a suspect for committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents", provided for by Article 186, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
In the following, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier expresses its full commitment and the legal responsibility of all persons who commit criminal offenses in the economic sphere, violating the legitimate interests of citizens and the public interest.
