A serious accident occurred shortly after midnight in the center of Vlora, where a Porsche vehicle fatally hit 17-year-old Leandro Shametaj.
The victim was transported to the Vlora hospital, but the 17-year-old's family is unable to retrieve the body due to the lack of a forensic doctor.
The complaint was filed by the teenager's grandfather.
"We have been waiting for 8 hours at the city morgue because the coroner and prosecutor have not arrived," says the 17-year-old's grandfather. He claims that his grandson worked as a waiter and was hit on his way home.
"The nephew was returning from work, the accident occurred in the center of Vlora. The vehicle that hit him was traveling at a speed of over 200 km per hour."
"What kind of country is this, my grandson died, the perpetrator was arrested but he eats and drinks there in prison," the outraged grandfather says.
