The director of the Shkodra AKU, Ramir Haderi, was brutally raped in the "Rus" neighborhood by as yet unidentified individuals. He was hit with hard objects while walking with his wife.
The Director of the National Food Authority in Shkodra, Ramir Haderi, was brutally raped this evening by still unidentified persons in the "Rus" neighborhood of the city of Shkodra.
According to preliminary information, Haderi was walking with his wife when several people approached him and attacked him with hard objects.
Sources indicate that the director of the AKU was hit in the head with hard objects and a pistol holster, suffering significant injuries. After the attack, the perpetrators immediately left the scene.
Immediately after the incident, police forces arrived in the area and began investigations to identify and capture the perpetrators.
It is initially suspected that the rape of Ramir Haderi may be related to his position as head of the AKU in Shkodra, while the investigative group is verifying possible conflicts and his recent institutional activity.
So far, the police have not given an official reaction to the incident, while the full dynamics of the attack and the motives of the perpetrators are expected to be clarified.
