Analyst Arjan Curri has reacted after the former president Behgjet Pacolli warned that he would file a lawsuit against him after publicly articulating that after the murder of Liridona Ademaj there could be a sexual deviation of Naim Murseli.
"Reaction to Behgjet Pacolli's accusations! I was informed by my colleagues and I was surprised to see an attitude of Behgjet Pacolli, who nominally accused me (by name) that with my false statements, I hurt his family.
Together with my colleagues, we watched the Top Story show by Grida Duma several times, where the macabre murder of Liridona, suspected by her husband, was discussed in front of the children. In none of my statements did we find anything said by me to support the insinuations that Mr. Pacolli does it for himself, we don't even understand why he has included himself in this story?
All over the world, serious media, when there are murders of this nature that shock public opinion, analyze every possible lead, and when a ministerial adviser is accused of murder, they investigate the killer's past, how he was promoted in politics high, on what criteria and merits, for what social or scientific contributions, what was his curriculum, was he a psychologist, political scientist, physicist, analyst, did he have a distinguished career in science, art or politics? How is it possible that he appears everywhere in the corridors of politics in Pristina, even in worldly international salons? In these cases, no one can complain because the free media does its job, especially a politician.
For one thing, however, Pacolli is right, we do not share the same values. He prefers money, I prefer people. I am also a godfather in an Albanian family, the godfather spiritually adopts the child who cuts his hair, he becomes like his father before God. He is present in every happy and sad moment of the family, with whom he associates this sacred friendship. If, far away, a similar tragedy happened to them, which left every Albanian breathless, I would stop all business activities and be near them, I might lose some money, but I would gain respect and honor of all Albania.
I encourage Behgjet Pacolli to support the free media, in the performance of his duty, in search of the truth, as a man of the free market economy that he is. If you think otherwise, let him go to the legal authorities, but I repeat, I am responsible for what I say myself, not for the imagination of social networks.
