Journalist Anduena Llabani says that de facto Suel Çela is the owner of the Peqin prison and that the prosecution is investigating the complaint made against him and has initiated criminal proceedings for abuse of investigative authority.

Let's not forget that Suel Çela is the individual who appointed the prison directors in Elbasan. The revival of these groups occurs in the event of elections, in this case information to highlight what happens to some prisoners.

Regarding electoral crimes and the 115 cases referred to SPAK, Llabani said that it is the political parties themselves who denounce them.
"The major part of the investigation into the electoral crime will be played by the district prosecutor's offices, since that is where the incident took place. If the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office proves that Sara Mile is being paid by Suel Çela, it will be the responsibility of SPAK to pursue the case," the journalist said.
