In the official announcement of the Municipality of Durrës, it is stated that the company "Albgarden Sh.pk; based in Lezhë and owned by Pjeter Trashaj, has been declared the winner of the tender, because it presented the lowest financial offer.
But the official document, signed by the Mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, shows the opposite: The winner of the tender "Albgarden Sh.pk" was announced with an offer of 60 million lek more than the lowest offer of 133 million lek. with VAT, presented by another company "Leon Konstruksion Sh.pk"
The same tender for the maintenance service of the flower gardens in the city of Durrës, the mayor Emiriana Sako did every 6 months, with the same limit fund value and gives it to the same company "Albgarden Sh.pk" with the same financial value.
The theft disguised as a tender is proven by the fact that the Municipality of Durrës has a greening company with 120 bosses, specialists and employees, who actually ask for the services, while millions are given to the private company that makes the papers as if it does the work.
With this tender, which has a contract for 30 days, the mayor Emiriana Sako will pay the private firm, with 6400 Euro per day from the taxes of the citizens of Durrës./ Pamphlet
