"Dialogue is the only path regarding Kosovo and Serbia", this is how the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, answered the question about the situation created in Kosovo by the decision on the Serbian dinar, during the joint conference with Prime Minister Rama.
He stated that since he started working in DASH, here 30 years ago, the focus and biggest challenge of the USA has been the Balkans. He further added that dialogue is the path that brings everyone to a better future, as he emphasized that there should be no backward steps.
" When I started working at DASH and the White House 30 years ago, the challenge from beginning to end was the Balkans. Bosnia Herzegovina and then Kosovo. Many of us have a history that runs deep and long and who better than Biden and you know that. We cannot go after and repeat what we have seen and many people have experienced. We are committed to support all the efforts of the Balkan countries towards the EU.
Dialogue is the only right path as far as Kosovo and Serbia are concerned. I want to congratulate the role of Albania for being a force for stability. This is the path that brings everyone to a better future, we are determined to do everything to support this dialogue" , he said.
