Viktor Agolli: - My birthday is 1958, my parents came to Tirana in 1960. We are 7 children, 5 brothers and two sisters. I thank my parents for their sacrifices. I continued the Mechanical School in Durrës. I was fond of literature and sports. We followed Pozdrav more and Yugoslavia. Friends from Tirana used to come to our house to watch TV. I have 3 daughters with my wife who is no longer alive. I'm a lefty, I've always been a rebel of people who shut things down. That time also had its advantages.
Question: - How did you meet Nano?
Viktor Agolli: - One day I listen to Gramoz Pashko and Fatos Nano on the Voice of America. Pashko was for the free economy while Nano was for the state-bound economy. After 1990 everything broke! I met Fatos Nano at the Former Central Committee of the Assembly Offices today. With a group of friends, we created the Socialist Party in Kamëz together with Luan, Shkëlqi, Bashkimi, Dhimitri and Fran Gjini, who later became the mayor of Kamëz. Fatos Nano used to work near Nexhmia Hoxha. Nano started a tour around Albania, starting from Pogradec. In the north of Albania, they welcomed us very well. Fatos Nano was put in prison for the aid issue. All the people of Gjon Markagjonas received us very well. I have faced the criminal groups talking about Pjetër Arbnor.

Viktor Agolli: - Nanon was once accused by Blerim Çela of abuse of office and theft. The people shouted: Fatos Nano don't be stupid, Blerim Çela is a thief! Fatos was arrested at the General Prosecutor's Office by those two infamous people: Arbër Qeleshi and Genc Gjokutaj. For four hours, Tirana was filled with thousands of protesters. Other colleagues were also arrested, and we ourselves took refuge everywhere. It was the time of the 4 vice presidents. Rallies started after Nano's arrest, lawyers did their job. At first, Nano was in Tirana Prison, then in Bênça. I was also available to the family. The Socialist Party had a strong organization. From his prison, Fatos Nano ordered the protesters to withdraw. Even Servet Pëllumbi was bloodied by the special police. SP was protesting the theft of votes, mass protests started. Fatos Nano was released from prison in March 1997 after the famous ceasefire agreement was made. I've been there, I've never been off duty. In addition to Bilal, myself and Bedri, 5-6 special forces guys also came. Astriti, Durimi who lived until 2001. It was not easy for Fatos Nano, there were currents within the party against him. Viktor Agolli: -Nano i jepte makinës sepse e kishte shplodhje truri. Puna dhe qejfi ishte për Nanon, ama puna ishte punë! Nano ishte pasqyra e vërtetë e intelektualit shqiptar. Truproja flinte në dhomën përballë, kështu edhe në shtëpitë e pushimit. Nano nuk çohej kurrë nga ushqimi pa mbaruar çunat. Darka e Vitit të Ri haej bashkë. Une flija gjithmonë kur mbyllej drita e dhomës së Zotit Nano. Gjithmonë kam fjetur në atë mënyrë që të isha gati për kryeministrin. Grupi i ribërë për mbrojtjen e Fatos Nanos në vitin 1997 me Bilal Selmanajn, Bedri Merorin, Astrit Mertirajn, Mondin, Durimin, Viktorin, Agimin, Vason, Bujarin, Ilirin, Astritin tjetër ishin grupi që i kishin zili edhe kundërshtarët! Kam bërë dy specializime, në Kajro dhe Izrael. Edhe kur pinte ishte në gjendje të mirë. Ish kryetari i Partisë Demokratike kur piu një gotë verë në Krujë u rrëzua, Fatos Nano kurrë.
Pyetje: -Po hallet politike?
Viktor Agolli: -Ndërkombëtarët në 1 Shtator të vitit 2005 e detyruan Nanon të linte postin. Nga puna më hoqi urdhëri i presidentit të asaj kohe dhe të ministrit të asaj kohe, ne dolëm në reformë, na flakën në rrugë. A thua se ishim shoqëruesit e Millosheviçit, jo të Fatos Nanos. Një herë morëm masa të rrepta kur na thanë se diçka do të ndodhte pranë shtëpisë së Nanos, por nuk ndodhi asgjë. Shoqëruesi personal nuk është trim, ështe punë mes kolegësh. Kur kishte urgjencë firmoste kudo, unë shumë gjëra i mbaja gati në xhep.
Pyetje: -Divorci?
Viktor Agolli: -Ne ishim familjarizuar me familjen kur ndodhi divorci, na erdhi keq! Ai bëri një gjë të paktën emancipuese, tha mos bëni nëpër zyra, të paktën martohuni. Bënte shaka, akoma me këto gra e burra? Mariza Lino, Ish Ambasadorja Amerikane në Tiranë thoshte me shaka: Fatos Nano edhe kur është me nerva bën shaka! 70 mijë lekë të reja e kishim rrogën ne si truproja, kishim edhe dieta. Nano pinte 3 pakta në ditë, Dunhill dhe Marlboro të kuqe. Dasma e dytë u bë në Golem, me Artiola Toskën e të tjerë deri në katër të mëngjesit. Erdogan dhe Berluskoni ishin në dasmën e Fatosit. E kam takuar në vitin 2022 për herë të fundit, isha Shef i Stacionit Kufitar të Durrësit.
