The other tender concerns the purchase of anti-infective drugs in a value of 61 million euros. Both tenders are made for significant amounts, as they are made for all hospitals and even for some of the lots it is said that they were tendered at a value more than the limit fund. In the documents published by the Public Procurement Agency, it is also written that these tenders are canceled due to material errors in the lot data.
Both of these procedures were canceled on May 28 and there were significant deficiencies in the submitted documentation. Top Channel contacted the Ministry of Health to learn about this withdrawal from two important tenders. Reliable sources said that the Ministry of Education and Culture has not canceled two drug tenders, but has withdrawn several lots, which belong to these tenders.
As provided by the legislation in force, the sources say, the procurement procedure for these lots has been stopped, in order to correct and clarify material errors. According to them, the error consisted in specifying the amounts that had affected the limit fund and that this fund will decrease in value.
Corrected lots will be re-announced in a new procurement procedure. Even a procedure, which has to do with the supply of the Koco Gliozheni maternity hospital, with materials for the anesthesia and resuscitation system, was re-announced on June 3, while work is being done to correct errors in other lots, which will likely be re-announced on on June 20. / Top channel
