Frrok Çupi: SPAK more of a political instrument than a professional one

Analyst Frrok Çupi commented on the results published in Zëri i Shqiptarëve, where for the first time, citizens' trust in justice fell below 50%.

He also commented on Altin Dumani's report to Parliament. According to him, SPAK falls under the umbrella of the DP, which is incriminated.

"The initial enthusiasm is certainly great, but such a large decline is proof of what SPAK showed in parliament, it felt frustrated by the opposition. It has proven, as it has also manifested in the poll, that it is more of a political instrument than a professional one. It has surrendered to politics. SPAK is placed under the umbrella of the DP, which is incriminated."

SPAK has been put in a very tight suit, if the parliament does not expand its suit we will be left with a justice system of small-scale crimes. SPAK does not have anything on its agenda like a special court against crime. It is not treason against the nation, the crime of state war against civilians, espionage, it is not the issue of damage to property. It has not dealt with the crime of state murder, these are sensitive issues for citizens.

The survey is a positive achievement, especially in terms of media. If you notice, corruption and organized crime prevail from time to time. The public was only asked about two sectors. Today we could be in a situation where states that do not want us well could have put their hands in, with very big stains and SPAK does not judge these. Nothing is moving towards January 21. One of the big defects is that they are frustrated by the opposition. Prosecutors come from the womb of what has committed crimes.

To this day, it has never happened in the world that the prosecutor appears before his defendants on the platform of democracy. Could this be a weakness on the part of the SPAK leader? There is no reason to be weak. Is he frustrated because he feels guilty in front of the defendants? Why should he feel that way?

"All circumstances lead us to one path, the defendants in parliament, they make it cold water," he told "Abc News|.
