The seven candidates running for the BKH presidency will take the next test today, an essay test and a logic test. Both tests will last 105 minutes, and the candidates in the race will report to SPAK at 11:00.
Both tests are part of the professional and analytical assessment process of candidates for one of the most important positions in the criminal justice system in the country.
SPAK has also announced the next phase of the competition. The same candidates will undergo a polygraph test, which serves to guarantee the integrity and reliability of applicants who intend to take over the leadership of the BKH.
Meanwhile, the first test that took place on July 10 was the physical one, where candidates underwent exercises such as push-ups, a 300-meter sprint, and a 2.4-kilometer run.
The BKH is currently headed by Aida Hajnaj, whose mandate ends on August 31. This means that SPAK and KLP must select the name that will lead the National Bureau of Investigation after the departure of the current director by this date.
In the race for the head of the BKH are: Andi Pogaçe, Artur Beu, Elton Kërluku, Gentian Ndoi, Gentjan Shehaj, Gledis Nano and Joni Keta.
When the competition for the position of Head of the BKH was opened, 13 candidates expressed interest, but 6 of them were disqualified. Among the disqualified names was Haki Çako, former Director General of the State Police.
