Attorney Genc Gjokutaj gave a statement to the media after leaving the GJKKO where the decision on the security measure against the former prime minister, Sali Berisha, was postponed to December 30 at 12:00.

He emphasized, among other things, that they have evidence that supports Berisha's request for the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka. He added, among other things, that the evidence they have shows that Gjoka is biased in this process.
