Journalist Etleva Delia revealed details about the crackdown on the arms trafficking network that stretched between Albania and Kosovo.
During the interview, Deliu said that it is a traffic line that has been encountered before and that the operation was well-organized by the police, because they have faced such events before.
"It is a trafficking route that has been encountered before. Perhaps because they have faced previous cases, the police are more vigilant and in cooperation with the prosecution. It is one of the routes that has been operating for years, going from Kosovo to Albania. Perhaps it is seen as a better route by traffickers since they know the roads better. So far we cannot say that there were weapons used in criminal events, while in this case, this must be determined by expertise. We have seen increased measures for weapons trafficking and I think a bigger job is being done," she told "Abc News".
