Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço says that in the case of the armed attack on the prime minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, there was a breach of all security protocols by him and the staff accompanying him.
In the show "360 degrees" on ABC News, Karamuço said that if proper security measures had been taken, the Slovak prime minister would not have been shot directly. According to Karamuço, this case should serve as a great lesson for other leaders as well.
" In 1998, the American secret services come for the first time after 1997 and take some of the personal guards of the president, the prime minister at that time and give them a training. The first thing they were asked in the training was, do you know the blood group of the Albanian president and prime minister? They all shrugged. Then he said, shall we begin? Why? Because we have written these with the blood of our leaders. We have these manuals and these standard safety procedures from those who died for us. The second tip was, close body defense only saves 4%, 96% you're dead. This is the second, the second axiom. Why? Because the percentage of risk decreases if the first circle, the second circle, the third circle, height and above all intelligence develops. All these together reduce the possibility that a person can directly shoot a high personality.
All protocols are broken there. These are things that have a very big dilemma, among the risk analyzes that these institutions do. The Guard must also be an intelligent body. I mean this. This is a great lesson for all leaders, including ours here. It is a big concern, because even when we bring them, it should be these security measures that you have to respect, he says no. Why? Because it will be removed from the ordinary, it will give the message that I am not afraid. all the people support me. These are a big dilemma, because then these guards keep the bill ", he emphasized.
