The show Fiks Fare tonight brought the case of a citizen from Lanabregasi, Dajt Municipality of Tirana Municipality, who showed that the inspectors of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection asked him for a bribe.
"Since I started building a house, the police, IMT, IKMT have come to me endlessly and I don't know what they wanted. I followed all the rules, the last time I was clearing the yard and IKMT inspectors came and asked me for 500,000 Lek, I gave you 320,000 Lek more than I had," says the citizen .
In the meantime, he requests cooperation with the investigative show to bring these people who violate the law to justice.
"I don't break the law and I don't plan to break the law, the inspectors told me that I can build a wall without a permit in return for a bribe, even that they will talk to other institutions as well," explained the whistleblower .
The investigative show was brought by voice and image of the inspectors taking 180 thousand ALL from the citizen inside the car of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection.
The inspectors ask the citizen for information on how many days he can build the wall and that they also need to talk to the IMT and the police, then tell them how much money they want.
Not only that, but they ask the gentleman how much money he can give for this thing. The citizen can be seen in the video telling you that he will not give them money.
"Here you have 180 thousand lek, count them and I have given you 320" says the citizen while the inspectors confirm such a thing. While they prepare the territory for the other bribe, that of the wall they tell him to build without permission. So against the lek, those who should protect the law trample it with both feet. /TCH
