According to Hajdarmataj, criminal groups are not being taken seriously by the police, adding that the latter is not taking any measures to prevent serious incidents.

As warned and unfortunately we always find ourselves in this situation where there are many conflicts of these characters and criminal groups with significant criminal records are not taken seriously by the State Police and no measures are taken to make possible the absorption of information and to made any prevention possible.
Police work as a whole has breath. It does not come from the local police but from the center, from the prime minister. As a leader, I have felt it in moments of work. "If the local police there do not feel this spirit, they have nothing to do with these criminal groups," said Hajdarmataj.
