Fierce debate in the studio of the show "Off the Record", between the DP MP, Xhelal Mziu, and the SP advisor to the Municipality of Tirana, Alfred Muharremi. The clash between them degenerated into serious accusations and personal insults.
Mziu declared that the opposition protest is “the beginning of mass protests,” emphasizing that citizens are reacting to the lack of “minimum living standards.” In response, Muharremi called his statements hypocrisy, citing the increase in transportation prices as an example.
The situation became tense when Mziu harshly attacked the government and then Muharremi himself: "This criminal government of this thief... this one is a thief too. The one who went to the bathroom because he was afraid of Rama." Muharremi reacted by calling his language "terrible."
The clash continued when Mziu said to him: "It seems you're used to the Children's Home."
As the clash continued for several minutes, Alfred Muharremi stated that he could not allow such insults and discrimination and left the studio of Andrea Dangli's "Off the Record" show.
