Analyst Neritan Sejamini has spoken about the sensational news that circulated in the international media, that the son-in-law of former President Trump will invest in Albania and Serbia, specifically in the island of Sazan and in Zvërnec, which was accepted by Prime Minister Rama, who declared that there is such a proposal.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Sejamini said that we are dealing with clientelistic capitalism, where the prime minister's clients take public properties to develop them.

This company has applied to get the status of strategic investor for Sazan, not Zvernec. The foreign investment agency grants this status. I do not believe that the agency will not approve it. So now they are doing the cards. Rama and the investors decide, then the papers are made. The state authorizes the private agreement made by Mr. Rama. This is what happened with the concessions, the port of Durrës.
This is how Rama brings strategic investors to the coast. This is clientelistic capitalism, where customers are given what they want without competition. A public asset, which can be privatized, is being given to a client of Mr. Rama. All things leased on the coast until today have been privatized in violation of the law. So they give it for less and then you become the owner ," said Sejamini.
