The blocking of the road by DP militants has irritated the citizens. There have been many who have tried to drive cars regardless of the people on the road. There was a clash at the Arrow Palace overpass, where a mother accompanying her sick child was stopped by the crowd of protesters. She insisted that the road be opened, stressing the urgency to go to the hospital.
" I am not informed about this at all. Please open the way, I have the baby for the hospital. I told the policeman to open the way. Yes, I have the baby for the hospital, please ," the woman said repeatedly.
There were also tensions between the head of the parliamentary group of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, and the leaders of the police in the field. Bardhi accused the police of having to take measures to redirect traffic, while emphasizing that protest is a constitutional right.
" You don't get permission from the police to protest. We have notified you, and it is your duty to manage the traffic ", declared Bardhi.
