Journalist Eni Ferhati has analyzed the new dynamics of criminal conflicts that are leading to murder, taking as a trigger the recent assassination attempt on Julian Sulo, known as "Juli of Pashakos", a rival of Aldo Bare's gang, which took place today in Lushnja.
Ferhati emphasized that in early clashes between rival groups, a tactic occurs to exchange enemies between gangs.
" According to public records, Julian Sulo had an open conflict with a relative of Aldo Bare, the gang boss who is being held prisoner. I don't know that this conflict has developed to such an extent, but it remains a possibility."
It is worth noting that we are dealing with a new method of criminal groups, the exchange of their enemies. Rival groups have once joined forces and exchanged their enemies to eliminate them to create a cacophony during investigations. It is more difficult to detect an assassin from one country who carries out the event in another, using sophisticated forms.
Even in this incident, there is a possibility that the assassins are from another area and have come to operate in Lushnja. The driver who directed them must be from the area, while the assassins must be there only to carry out the murder.
