Xhenila Tamizi, a lawyer at the company "Soft & Solution", turns out to be the owner of several assets that SPAK suspects are owned by electronic technology businessman Ermal Beqiri.
Against Beqiri and the other wanted businessman, Ergys Agasi, SPAK has already launched an extensive investigation with the aim of uncovering assets that are suspected of being built from illegal sources.
According to verifications conducted by the SPAK Special Prosecution Office, Xhenila Tamizi turns out to be the lawyer of the company "Soft & Solution", to which she is paid 736 thousand old lek per month.
But despite this low salary, Ermal Beqiri's lawyer turns out to own several assets, such as apartments and a "Pretador 50 Sky Fall" yacht, estimated at 950 thousand dollars.
Meanwhile, from the verifications carried out in the license plate and vehicle system in the name of Xhenila Tamiz, no watercraft or other means of transport were registered until 2021.
Investigations into this case have included all employees of Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agas's company, in the hope of finding assets that are suspected to be hidden.
Meanwhile, SPAK and the Tirana Prosecutor's Office are conducting investigative actions regarding the responsible officials who were unable to secure the collection of 900 bottles of high-quality wine, which disappeared from Ergys Agas's apartment, which is located in the "Panto Resort" complex.
SPAK's investigations are also focusing on other properties acquired by the companies "Soft&Solution" and "EA Solution", as according to information they are concentrated in Tirana, in the construction sector and in real estate in several locations in Albania.
SPAK is also seeking information from second-tier banks to track the money, as well as mortgages./ Syri.net
