Defense Minister Niko Peleshi from Korça this Friday commented on the situation regarding the tensions in the MEK camp in Manez, Durres.
Peleshi stated that the police intervention was in accordance with all the laws of the Albanian state and we cannot allow the creation of small islands where the Albanian law is exceeded.
"Normally, in this community, we will continue to be a host country and we will fulfill all the humanitarian commitments we have undertaken, but without violating any law of the Albanian state", he said.
Meanwhile, in relation to the cyber attack on the data of Albanians a year ago, Peleshi has stated that there is no justification for the orchestration made by Iran and that, according to him, the interruption of diplomatic relations between the two countries also happened.
"We will react at any moment that national security is violated. After that unsuccessful attack by Iran, the Albanian state has taken several measures in cyber security to protect our digital data. We discourage any destructive force that approaches Albania, as Albania is a NATO country, we react with courage and strength when national security is threatened", concluded Peleshi.
