Lawyer Arben Llangozi said on the show "Të Pashoj" that the Prime Minister cannot question the legality of a judge's decision through statements.
Llangozi said that the Prime Minister, unlike the leader of the opposition, has the mechanisms to verify the legality of the judge, he has SHISH, he has the General Directorate of the State Police.
" The Prime Minister cannot tell us that this or that judge is an opposition suicide bomber, as he has mechanisms that he can verify, even through SHISH ," said Llangozi.
Commenting on the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, the lawyer said that he was made a victim.
" Erion Veliaj is Rama's victim. Rama knows how to do theater and propaganda on social networks. Erion Veliaj became a victim in the conditions when there was talk that SPAK had lost international support. He did not want to convince Veliaj with that statement, but he wanted to convince internationals that justice works in Albania.
"Who talks about standards, the Prime Minister who arrested hundreds of citizens who did not have money to pay for electricity ," said Llangozi.
The lawyer said that Erion Veliaj's arrest was done to preserve SPAK's image, at the moment it was announced that its support from the US was being withdrawn, but it was done with the approval of Edi Rama.
But did Veliaj's arrest change the rescue of Olsi Rama?
The lawyer said that in the case of Olsi Rama, SPAK passed the matter to the police, which means that it has not closed the case.
" SPAK did not close the case, if it did then we would look at the court documents. But SPAK passed the file to the Police, which means that there is something hidden there ," said Llangozi.
