Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, commenting on the May 11 elections, said that the OSCE should denounce the DP-SP to SPAK for refusing electronic counting.
He said that the special prosecution should also focus on electoral crimes that affect the outcome of the elections.
"They are a clear message that the prosecution will be active and will be present in the May 11 elections. Electoral crime is difficult and widespread in the face of the financial resources that SPAK has to ascertain the geographical extent of electoral crime. Both international organizations and the special prosecution should focus on crimes that affect the outcome of the elections, cases where each MP promises voters that in exchange for their vote they will benefit from something ," said Spahiu on the show 'Repolitix', on Report TV.
He further added that party leaders are giving directives on who should be voted on the open lists, committing an electoral crime.
" Those who are on the open list are in a more active field action than those who are on the closed list. We only see the voices and faces of those who are on the open list, those who are on the closed list are asleep. In the SP or the DP, those who are on the open list come out and speak, those who are on the closed list don't care what the campaign is like, even in the DP, Tabaku comes out for the entire closed list. The question is, is it a criminal offense if the mayor diverts the vote of the open list?" , he said.
