Journalist Flamur Vezaj has expressed his skepticism about the investigations that the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office can do for "January 21", where four protesters lost their lives.
Vezaj raised the question of how much SPAK will take into consideration the evidence gathered about the tragedy of 13 years ago.
"With what reasoning, the Supreme Court overruled SPAK. If he has determined that we are dealing with a criminal organization that committed this crime, then yes. But it is suspected that the evidence, I don't know if it will serve the Prosecution, if it will consider it. I'm skeptical. On the other hand, I am convinced that this event will remain a stain on the Albanian state.

"Even though I want the people who committed these crimes to be prosecuted, I am afraid that this show will continue every January 21," he said.
