The court hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case has been postponed for the second time, due to the absence of the rapporteur of the case, Judge Engjëllushe Tahiri, who has been in Dubai for several days.
During this Thursday's session, member of the judging panel, Besmir Stroka, after verifying the presence of the parties in the courtroom, announced Tahiri's absence and decided to postpone the session.
The next hearing on this matter is scheduled for March 10, at 10:00 AM.
Meanwhile, three other court sessions today have been postponed for the same reason, as Judge Tahiri has been outside the country since the beginning of the week.
