Former Foreign Minister Pascal Milo, commenting on the war situation in Iran, stated that this will be a long conflict and not a clash lasting several days, as was initially propagated or as declared by President Trump himself.
Invited to the show " Të Pashoq " on the " Pamphlet " YouTube channel , Milo stated that the conflict is already showing signs of expansion, spreading to other countries in the Middle East. A war of this magnitude, according to the analyst, will take its time to end and its end remains unpredictable. He added that there must be preparations for a long period of instability.
Excerpt from the interview:
-12 days of conflict, no sign of a ceasefire, but no sign of an agreement either because Trump is determined, he says we set the conditions. Iran seems to not accept this approach. What is really happening?
Pascal Milo : What is happening is that serious analysts and political circles around the world have judged and predicted that this will be a long conflict, it will not be a conflict of a few days, as was initially propagated or as President Trump himself declared, but it is a conflict that is expanding, due to the very fact that it is also spreading to other countries in the Middle East and that such a magnitude of war will definitely take its time to end and it depends on how it will end and when it will end. So we must be prepared that the conflict will last and we must be prepared that the conflict will have increasingly greater consequences not only in the address of those countries that surround Iran, but also beyond, even to our Mediterranean. The effects of this war will come to us more, because there is no possibility and I do not believe that we can be implicated in a direct war with Iran or in the entire region.
