"Being the first official and historic visit of the French head of state to our country, he is accompanied by a government delegation and a delegation of people who have offered the two countries. President Macron had expressed his desire for me to be part of the delegation. I was part of the delegation where the president just arrived on the presidential plane.
At one point during the flight I was invited to go to the reserved section of President Macron where I had the opportunity to discuss with him for about 30 minutes. It was his request to speak a little Albanian. He does this in most places he goes. He said that the Albanian language is not the easiest. He also asked me about the history of Albania. He was committed to expressing himself in Albanian and has succeeded in the best way.
I believe that the one that impressed him the most is the hospitality. It is time for Albanians to find their place on the continent. It is directly connected to Albania with several figures related to art and culture. He also wanted to know about the situation in Kosovo and I tried to give him a perspective on the situation there from our point of view. Part of my word with him is to give the best part of Kosovo Albanians. France was one of the countries that was at the foundation of Kosovo's freedom ," said Cana.
