Several villages in the city of Korça have been engulfed by a hail storm that has damaged the agricultural crops planted in the area.
There was also a hail storm in some villages of the Voskop administrative unit of the municipality of Korça. The greatest intensity of rainfall was in the village of Voskop, where according to the residents, the damage was greater in almost all agricultural crops.
According to them, there is great damage in apples, plums, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes and beans. It is learned that there was also damage in the villages of Gjonomadhi, Lavdar and Goskova.
The day before, due to rain and hail, there was great damage to agricultural crops and viticulture in several villages of the municipality of Kolonje.
Sources near the local government institution indicate that a working group will be set up to verify the damage caused.
