The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has given good news to citizens who fell prey to microcredit schemes. According to him, the blocked accounts have all been unlocked.
The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, speaking to the media after a conference where he presented the strategy of justice in the next 6 years, said that this was achieved through cooperation with the Bank of Albania and the Prosecutor's Office.
" All blocked accounts of citizens have been unlocked. I want to say that we have set up a joint working group with the ministry, the Bank of Albania and the prime minister and we are examining the phenomenon so that we do not have a repetition of such situations in the future ", said Manja.
But despite such a group, a second file is under investigation by SPAK, after the incompetence announced by another prosecutor, Leonard Filopati.
" We are looking at the law to enforce the evidence so that it will not be abused any more and to have control over this service ", declared Manja.
Regarding the extraditions from Dubai, he said that they had done their part by initiating an agreement, but it now remains in the hands of the Emirates.
" Extradition agreements, rather than technical agreements, are also agreements of will ," he said.
