Journalist Ervis Iljazaj, analyzing Ilir Meta's public appearances, said that he is hinting that within PL there are people who cooperate with SPAK. According to the journalist, the language Meta uses shows the war that politics has declared against SPAK.
Iljazaj said that Meta has faced this attack against SPAK because he knows politically, it is a kind of choice, today the political dichotomy in Albania is for SPAK or against SPAK.
"The subtext given by Meta is that within his party there are people who cooperate with SPAK. The big rift that has occurred is from these mutual accusations that are happening. The language used by Meta shows the war that politics has opened with SPAK. There are two reasons, firstly this internal crisis within the party, they are in a political crisis, unlike the others today, Meta is in a political crisis, today there is no clear political alliance, there is no project, what is this party. I supported Meta when he was president in the battle he did for the Constitutional Court.
Meta has fronted this attack on SPAK because it knows, even politically it is a kind of choice, today the political dichotomy in Albania is for or against SPAK. Meta knows that there are people against SPAK today and don't remember this frontal attack that he has no strategy to create an electorate", he told Euronews.
