The Foreign Ministers of the member countries of the European Union and those of the Western Balkans will meet on Monday in a meeting in Brussels.
The Foreign Minister of Albania, Igli Hasani, will also be present at the meeting.
It is learned that the focus of this meeting will be the strengthening of cooperation in the field of foreign policy and security between the EU and the Western Balkans.
Also, during this meeting, ministers are expected to discuss ways to improve joint cooperation to respond to security challenges, including hybrid and cyber risks and threats. The one who will chair this meeting will be the head of the EU's Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell.
"The EU relies on its future members for united responses to current geopolitical challenges through solidarity and close cooperation. They will discuss common security challenges. Cooperation in foreign and security policy. Preparation of future high-level events. To build stability and promote peace, security and democracy in our continent", the announcement states.
