Due to the bad weather conditions that have affected our country, the ferry sailings on the Vlora-Brindisi and Durrës-Bari lines have been suspended.
The Port of Vlora and the Port of Durres have also suspended navigation for small vessels and fishing boats.
"According to port authorities, the sea force inside the bay of Vlora reaches 6-7 points, while outside it goes up to 8 points. Waves range from 2.5 meters to 4 meters, making any movement at sea dangerous," the announcement says.
The situation is expected to improve in the early morning hours of March 25, creating opportunities for navigation to resume.
Until then, all naval vessels are required to remain anchored to avoid any possible incidents.
