The former Minister of Social Affairs, Kosta Barka, has passed away.
Barka held the post of minister during the Berisha government.
The news was announced by the democratic deputy Tritan Shehu. It is known that Barka died from an autoimmune disease at the age of 70. We remind you that Barka was a deputy of the DP, of the Greek minority in the Dropulli area.

From 2005 to 2008, Kosta Barka served as Minister of Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the government of Sali Berisha, representing the Union for Human Rights (UHRP), a party of the Greek ethnic minority.
