The details of the file of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana for the scandal of the intervention in the TIMS system are clarified. Yesterday, the director of IT in the State Police, Ervin Muça, was placed under "house arrest" and suspended from his post, while today details have been learned as to why the prosecution is convinced that he was the person who entered the system.
It was a laboratory analysis at SPAK that sank Ervin Muça. It was the prosecutor Anisa Qilimi who asked for the expertise and SPAK experts came to the conclusion that the TIMS system does not need a backup or a data copy, as it adjusts itself without mechanical intervention from the outside.

A seized hard drive, servers and a computer belonging to an identified female employee were examined, along with the film footage showing what happened eight months ago.
It is reported that Muca was assisted by an ANA employee, while using the credentials of his subordinate for the illegal intervention that led to the copying of TIMS.
Asked by the Tirana prosecutor's office, the suspect insists that he had just taken office and performed a backup to guarantee the system, a version that is scientifically refuted by investigations and expert reports, and for this reason the former official was placed under investigation for unauthorized intervention in system.
The investigations prove that the intervention took place at midnight on August 2, 2023. Meanwhile, an investigative commission has been set up in the Assembly to investigate this scandal.
