Changes in the Criminal Code: Whoever has more than one partner is punished with 3 years in prison

The government has decided to punish polygamy with imprisonment. The Ministry of Justice is drafting drastic changes to the Penal Code and harsh penalties are foreseen for those who keep more than one partner. So whoever has two wives at the same time, or whoever has two husbands at the same time, will be punished up to 3 years in prison.

If this is repeated then there will be a penalty of up to 4 years in prison.
