Journalist Sokol Bregu, speaking about organized crime and the most serious criminal events of this year, stated that new alliances between criminal organizations are being formed in Dubai.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, Bregu said that the latest SPAK files exposed the intrigues between criminal groups, so today criminals are not afraid of the state but of enmity between each other, as they have learned things they did not know.
" This government has never had a policy to attack organized crime. All credit goes to SPAK. In the first six months of this year, there were only two murders within the territory of Albania, which were instigated by organized crime, if not only one, because the one in January in Vlora was more of a revenge, despite the fact that it comes from the clash of two criminal groups. Only the murder of Fushë Kruja remains.
Having such a result is success. Does the government take it? This is another matter. It is in its nature to grab success and the image of order and security.
SPAK's files have been affected, their broadcast to the public, they have all left. Within the history of organized crime there have been many intrigues. Today they don't fear the state and heavy punishments, but each other, for what they didn't know before.
It seems right to me that SPAK's request that the last file not be published in its entirety because there may arise new feuds, because there were intrigues that did not go to anyone's mind, those who could have served as conciliators, were the people who had initiated more crimes.
Today, they no longer have problems with the state, but new enmities, as a result of those that were declared in the last file.
Regarding the Metamorfoza file last year, the murders in Shkodër, which did not occur to anyone, because they were friends with each other. It was the same with the last file, it especially stirred the waters in Shijak and Durrës. So the information that came out created new enmity.
The alliances they are creating at this moment were created in Dubai, according to all concerned, because they changed the old alliances, finding out the information that came out of the SPAK files.
Other crimes that took place in the first six months of the year, is the murder of a policeman, which is not related to organized crime, it is considered the most serious murder that happened in the territory of the Albanian state, because it took the life of a man in uniform . said Bregu.
