While commenting on Altin Duman's report to the Parliament today, lawyer Arben Llangozi says that SPAK worked selectively.
In the MCN studio, Llangozi stopped at the file of incinerators, where he said that secondary persons were arrested and not the real perpetrators.
" Lefter Koka is doing four years of detention and there are complex issues. SPAK has had the evidence since that time, but has been selective in this matter because the persons who were implicated are known. Soldiers or second-rate people have been arrested and we have no high-level strikes. For incinerators, 16 VKM were issued during the day. What was the prime minister's interest in signing 16 VKM? SPAK has neither investigated nor intends to do so," he said.
Llangozi added that the same thing is happening with other issues. According to him, dealing with a work of 2008 and not dealing with today's countless works creates the belief that it is under political orders.
" Which is the greater wealth of Mrs. Xhaçka or the one she gave to her son-in-law Berisha?" There is no investigation or seizure of the hotel against Mrs. Xhaçka's husband. This is the product of the crime. Why Limioni is not investigated in Saranda. It's been 3 years since public property was seized and there is no investigation. The Prime Minister should be investigated for 16 VKM within a day and Berisha should be investigated for a company. The Special Prosecutor's Office is hitting selectively ," added Llangozi.
According to Llangoz, the justice system is in chaos. According to him, this is because the Court of Appeal does not work. " A criminal case will take 5 years, a civil case will take 10 years. There are about 45,000 backlogged files in the Appeal and there are only 25 judges ," said the lawyer.
