While commenting on Altin Duman's report to the Parliament today, lawyer Arben Llangozi says that SPAK worked selectively.
In the MCN studio, Llangozi stopped at the file of incinerators, where he said that secondary persons were arrested and not the real perpetrators.

Llangozi added that the same thing is happening with other issues. According to him, dealing with a work of 2008 and not dealing with today's countless works creates the belief that it is under political orders.

According to Llangoz, the justice system is in chaos. According to him, this is because the Court of Appeal does not work. " A criminal case will take 5 years, a civil case will take 10 years. There are about 45,000 backlogged files in the Appeal and there are only 25 judges ," said the lawyer.
