The former KLA fighter, Dritan Goxhaj, spoke after his release by the Court of Appeal. He stated that he cannot say that there was a political order for his extradition, but he confirmed with conviction the political pressure.
Goxhaj went on to say that in his 6 hearings, 2 prosecutors of the special court of The Hague participated as observers, who only had an interpreter in one session and also partially legitimized themselves, admitting that they were prosecutors of The Hague, but without showing name.
"For a political order, even though I doubt it, I cannot say, but for political pressure, I say it openly. Because 2 prosecutors of the special prosecutor's office of The Hague, with the status of observers, were present in the entire session, while no journalists were allowed to participate, as they also have the status of observers.
Only in 1 session they had an interpreter, in 5 other sessions they were without an interpreter. If these people have learned Albanian halal, but I doubt it.
In all 6 cases, the Constitutional Court asked them to legitimize themselves, because I asked them, they partially did this, saying that they are prosecutors, but they did not give names and the court accepted them.
