Pirro Xhixho is suspected of having used his authority as the chairman of AKEP, where he was proposed by the LSI, and in implementation of the orders received from Meta and Kryemadhi, he influenced the leaders of the mobile phone company to finalize the agreement, as and has allowed the private company to carry out its activity in violation of the AKEP law, by all three in cooperation "passive corruption of high state officials".
