The former head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, Shkëlqim Hajdari, has commented on the "21 January" file and the process initiated by Berisha in London to remove the "non women".
Focusing on the investigations for "January 21", he said that everyone has requested a full investigation of this event, as he revealed for the first time that together with the current head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, they were part of the defense of charges for January 21 in Appeal.
According to Hajdar, the fact that it is being investigated by a prosecutor who knew about this file is a good sign.
" Everyone demands a full investigation on January 21, so that the perpetrators of the murders are named. I cannot give too many details about the file of that case, especially since it has already been reopened. But I am also telling a secret, Mr. Dumani was part of the defense of the charges for January 21 in the Appeal, so their leader is a person who knows the file well" , he told "Top Talk".
Asked what might happen to the trial in Great Britain opened by former Prime Minister Berisha after his declaration of non-grata and the fact that the "Home Office" is expected to provide details of the decision-making of the British, Hajdari said: " I the British law I don't know about this case, but they work with precedents and the judge in the UK makes trouble, he asks for top secret documents if the judge wants them, but the condition is that he doesn't make them public. I have the impression that with what was made public today, there will be surprises, that now Britain will be forced to publish them .
A day ago, representatives of the judiciary, the National Bureau of Investigation and SPAK met with the US Assistant Secretary of State, Tod Robinson. Reading the messages of this visit, Hajdari said that " the Americans are the main sponsors of the justice reform. They are on the same path of principle where the greatest support is in SPAK because they have the object of investigation of high officials for corruption and organized crime which are two groups of people who have turned Albania where impunity has been raised into an institution. Americans and representatives of the European Union are not secretive people. When they have made up their minds that democracy, their investment is at risk, they speak Albanian ".
