Other details from the SPAK file, related to the last week's action to hit the crime bosses in the country, are revealed. In addition to the capture of the police and alliances to eliminate the opponents, the fact that the rival groups have introduced beautiful women into the game stands out.
Among many cases, the file shows two episodes that prove how Arben Ndoka and Ervis Martinaj's group used girls to kill Durim Bami and Leonard Duka.
As for the murder of Durim Bami, the file shows how he was followed to Dhërmi, where he was suspected to be on vacation. Arben Ndoka and Vis Martinaj have sent people to the field to monitor it, but did not organize assassinations for fear that they could be arrested by the police in that area.

As illustrated in this episode, the woman activated by the citizen Kristos Teta informs the latter that she will meet with the citizen Leonard Duka on 16.07.2020 near the area called Selvia. Following this information, the citizen Erigers Mihasi and other yet to be identified persons were engaged to plan the assassination of the citizen Leonard Duka by positioning themselves with a vehicle and weapons in the area of the "Oslo" Bar, waiting for the meeting of the citizen Leonard Duka with the woman engaged by Kristos Teta. On this date, the meeting did not take place and for this reason citizen Erigers Mihasi withdrew ", says SPAK.
This meeting took place on 20.07.2020 where the woman engaged by the citizen Kristos Teta announced to the latter that she will have dinner with Leonard Duka and a friend of his at the "Markata e Peshkut" restaurant in Linz. According to SPAK, citizens Leonard Duka, Erlis Duka and the person named Leksi or his brother are suspected to have participated in this meeting.
" The woman engaged by Kristos Teta informed the latter about the details of the dinner, the people participating in the meeting and the vehicles these people used. At the same time, Kristos Teta notified the citizen Ervis Martinaj, supplying him with this information and expressing that he wants to be there himself to shoot at them ", the file states.
The file also shows a case when the Duka clan wanted to kill Martinaj. Leonard Duka had provided information that Ervis Martinaj could be on the beach with a woman in Dhërmi at a place known as "Vin Bakalli", Jaht Hotel or Splendor, and Fatmiri has informed Hysen of this.
